Power Yoga incorporates slow vinyasa while holding postures for a longer period of time to develop proper alignment while increasing strength. This class is open to beginners and modifications will be provided to celebrate everyone in their practice. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor as well as able to put pressure on their hands and knees.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and are encouraged to bring their own mat. Mats and props are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The pricing is for the entire class series and not per class. We will make best efforts to make up classes that are canceled due to inclement weather, instructor sickness, or personal emergency. However, please be aware sometimes we are unable to schedule a makeup session due to meeting place requirements.
Please be advised we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, prorating, or transfers for any reason including medical reasons. To make quality yoga classes available, we are unable to accommodate personal circumstances.
