Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous yoga series that combines a variety of sun salutations with breathing techniques. This class is open to beginners. However, students should be comfortable being able to move up and down off the floor at an active pace.
Participants should bring their own mat. However, there is a limited amount of supplies available on a first-come and first-serve basis. Please bring a small hand towel and wipe down community supplies after using them.
There is no class on May 25 for Memorial Day.
