Online Meditation Classes
Live Guided Meditation Series
For those interested in learning more about mindfulness meditation, we offer several resources to help guide you during your practice. During COVID-19, we will be offering:
- Weekly sitting group online on Mondays from 8:30 AM - 9:00 Central with Melissa.
- Recordings on Insight Timer
- 5 Day Live Courses (see below)
For our live courses, one class builds upon each other. Participants will want to start with the Introduction to Meditation course. Upon completion, students will get the passwords for any future courses that they are eligible to take. While the course content remains the same, students are welcome to retake previous courses to help maintain their sitting practice.
